This Privacy Policy describes how MomentCe ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the MomentCe mobile app.

• Event data you create, such as names, dates, event types, and optional notes.
• Optional photos you attach to events.
• Reminder preferences, notification times, and app settings (language/theme).
• Device identifiers and ad-related signals used by Google AdMob for ad delivery and measurement.

3. How We Use Information

• To show upcoming important dates and countdowns.
• To schedule and deliver reminder notifications.
• To provide optional iCloud backup and restore functionality.
• To improve reliability, detect crashes, and analyze basic usage.
• To serve ads through Google AdMob.

4. Advertising and Consent

MomentCe uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent where required by law and to display ads. Ad providers may process device and usage data according to their own policies.

5. Data Storage and Retention

• Your event/reminder data is stored locally on your device by default.
• If iCloud backup is enabled, backup data may be stored in your iCloud account.
• You can delete events at any time from inside the app.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share limited data with service providers needed to run core features, such as ad delivery and consent management (Google AdMob/UMP).

7. Your Choices

• You can disable notifications in iOS Settings at any time.
• You can reset or remove app data by deleting events and backups.
• You can manage ad consent choices when prompted by UMP.

8. Children

MomentCe is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, please contact us so we can review and remove it if needed.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data, but no method of storage or transfer is completely secure.
