1. Acceptance
By using MomentCe, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. App Purpose
MomentCe helps users track birthdays, anniversaries, countdowns, and other meaningful dates. The app is provided for personal productivity and reminder planning.
3. User Content and Data
You are responsible for the event names, dates, notes, photos, and other information you add to the app. Event data is stored locally by default and may be backed up through iCloud if you enable that feature.
4. Notifications
MomentCe can schedule reminder notifications, but delivery may depend on iOS settings, device state, notification permissions, time zone settings, and system behavior.
5. Advertising
MomentCe may display ads through Google AdMob. Advertising and consent behavior is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. App Store License
If you download MomentCe through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement may also apply: Apple Standard EULA.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app in a way that violates applicable rules.
- Use the app responsibly and keep backups of information that is important to you.
8. No Warranty
MomentCe is provided as is. We aim to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, MomentCe and its developer are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to app use, missed reminders, device issues, or data loss.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
